Is one year program in Cornerstone Community College in Vancouver eligible for 15 additional points is express entry system?
I have masters which is accredited by WES and want to know about additional points for the program.

Yes. But you getting a study permit is low. You have a Masters so need to show education progression and a private DLI doesn’t show it. Another Masters/Phd is progression. Also you need to show career progression to justify costs so you need to show that you will make a lot more money by taking the program then you do now. IRCC will know you are trying to immigrate because score isn’t high enough.
