Copy of documents

Hey guys
I'm a Canadian citizen and I'm sponsering my husband. We both live in Iran right now.
Regarding the copy of my passport and citizenship card, do I need to take the photocopy to the Canadian embassy here to be notirized or is there no need for that?

im currently Canadian citizen living in Edmonton and im a full time student and i work part time sometimes, i live with my brother and i want to sponsor my spouse who got two dependent children of his own (not together) so what is the financial requirement to sponsor him, for the time being we are thinking he is the only one coming here (the dependent kids won’t accompany him)now after we are settled we will sponsor them, so what is the financial requirement/income required? or due to his dependents am I expected to have enough income that will support them even they don’t accompany my husband? and the whole dependent children case does it affect our reunion soon? what are the necessary precautions we have to take since we already started the process and one mistake we did is i already got medical paper of my husband but the dependents didn't went for medical with him because we didn't know at first if they have to go so does he have to retake the medical exam with the children or only the children need to go and send me their medical paper t me so i can fill it with his paper? so pls help me i need to be with my husband as soon as possible.
