Recently, I have received my COPR and the validity of the COPR is till Dec 2021. I am an outland applicant and I would like to migrate to Canada in December. I have heard that after receiving PR card, the validity of the PR status will be for 5 years and once we reside in Canada for more than 730 days we can request an extension. May I know when will the 5 years period start is it the day we receive COPR (start date) or Date of Landing or PR card received date?
