Can someone share details on travel authorization for copr holders. (valid visa and copr)
They do list out some information at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/permanent-residents.html#residents however does not answer my question.
Another link explains https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/application-approved.html but that is normal conditions. However with covid things changed. Also here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/immigration-applicants.html#approved

Another update is the use of app https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/arrivecan.html

So we just use the web form and tell them about the travel, however they do mention about new copr validation method. Will that happen outside of canada?

I did find contradicting information's. But do they explicitly say ' visitor visa' though?

No contradictory information. you can’t travel/enter Canada on your COPR (First link) and you need a visitor visa and written auth to reunite with your extended family (second link)

“Unless what” it’s the same links. What are you trying to do - reunification with your family? As you provided in your link, you need:

To board your flight to Canada
You must

  • follow all airline requirements and pass a health check conducted by airline officials to confirm that you don’t have symptoms of COVID-19, including a fever, a cough and difficulty breathing
    • Anyone showing symptoms will not be allowed to board a flight to Canada.
  • make sure you have a valid travel document (visitor visa or eTA, if required) and a passport that is valid to come to Canada
  • tell the airline that you’re exempt from the travel restrictions and present a copy of the completed application for authorization and statutory declaration as well as the written authorization

Exactly, as i said i do find contradicting info that valid copr could infact fly in given they find exemption. It does not say visitor visa 'only'.

Because you have extended family, you can get authorization to travel if you have a visitor visa. This has nothing to do with your COPR as people without COPR can travel with authorization.
