hi friends. Received Copr for 2 applicants on June 26th. Next they want us to send photos and copr letters back to them not Passports. I dont know what's going on.

Should I send them? Or should i book appointment for me and my spouse in halifax? Which one should be fast to get PR card? Will they ask to give Passports for stamping?

There are no appointments you can book. The passports will not be requested. The PR card has already been applied for (You may be able to link the application) and you must forward photos to complete the PR card process.

Apparently the current wait time for the PR card is ~287 days.

You got issued direct COPRs with no landing requirements. Did you apply in-land our outland?

I applied inland.

Whats in-land vs outland?

I am a US Citizen living in Ohio, I have a Spousal Family Sponsorship in Process. I received a Passport Request Letter in March, but due to Covid, I have not been able to send my passport in. You say they're skipping PPR, but is that for everyone?

Inland means applied in Canada.

I do not believe they're skipping passport requests for people outside of Canada.
