COPR number displayed on portal but no PPR request since 3 weeks

Hi,Hi everyone,
I sponsored my wife and the sponsorship portal tracker displays a COPR document number starting with letter T "T*********" and has an expiry date of Oct 15 2023. This document number has been in the portal since June 1, 2023 however we have not received a PPR request or any other communication yet since almost 27 days now. Can someone share how much time does it typically take to receive a PPR request or any communication for next steps?
Should we contact CIC for next steps?
Any insights, tips, will be appreciated.

My COPR details are also updated on my tracker on 13 March 2024. Not sure if this means that my PR case is approved and that is my biggest concern.
As the COPR details updated on my tracker ,does it mean that my PR case is approved and finalised now or it is still in processing phase where the decision could be affected.

It usually comes within a week or two. Check your GCKey if your PPR has been sent as a message there. Everyone gets a COPR detail whether approved or not as this is a document number for a specific file or case. You should try to wait a bit more or contact IRCC through webform.My IRCC account shows this message in the latest updates:

Your timelines is same as mine and i am still waiting for ppr since 12 march 2024 as copr details were updated on tracker on 12 march 2024. raised two to three webforms already but no luck . 1 month already gone in wait

we have to wait that can be changed but in rare cases 90% cases are approved more imp is ppr which is delayed dont know whyThanks for the reply.My other concern is that if COPR document details are updated then my case is finalized as approved or still the decision can be changed.I also sent 2 webforms but tracker is not updated since 25 March.Still waiting….

Mine is SINP non express entry applied in march 2020 now add3d wife and new born and everything cleared just waiting for ppr bro since 11 march
Ok my AOR Nov 2021 . There is no way to know if it's approved unless IRCC updates your profile. my VO is NDVO new delhi and can anyone tell me hoe long they will take to issue pprs after copr details updated on tracker. its been more than a month.
I have 2 dependents one is my new born baby and my wife but under new born baby it says bavkground verification is in progress but copr number is availabe for my new born too. can anybody have any idea hoe long will nrw born beckground verification takes ???????????
There is another update.I called IRCC yesterday and they told me that they have already sent RFV on 13 March by post.Is it possible that they use postal services when my all other correspondence was by email.Now I have requested them to resend it through email.Let’s see.Can anyone guide me how much time IRCC will take to issue PPR if request is made by phone.
