CoPR not received along with passport visa

Hi. My mom’s application for PR got approved and she submitted her passport to VFS in India. IRCC issued an immigrant visa stamp, but she did not receive any COPR with it. Is it an error and should we contact IRCC via the web form? Very worried about this.

Yes, and yes, should contact them. It will probably be quicker to contact via VFS or check the other docs, you should have received some info about what to do if any info in error.
