COPR extension

Hi,

We (me, spouse and child) have granted COPR but i as a primary applicant has landed in canada but due to some medical reasons of my child ill health my spouse and child could not land before the medical expiry.

Can anyone let me know how to get the extension for the COPR i have raised a cse and its 3months now but no reply from the CIC. If anyone face similar suitation please let me know what can be done.

Generally, IRCC will not extend the visa/COPR validity date unless IRCC made an error.
How long was your COPR valid AFTER you received the paper copies?
