COPR details incorrect, advice require please

Hello, My wife has received the Immigrant visa a day ago. There is an information incorrect on the COPR. The country of issue is Pakistan which is incorrect. The country of issue must be INDIA.

I have already sent email to CHC,ND as well as sent FAX to the visa section.

Please tell me how long CHC, ND takes to contact the person??

When we email New Delhi i think it gives us an option of uploading a document, so you send a copy of incorrect document.

Done it. But no response yet. Call center told me CHC will contact me. But I dont know when. Anyone has this type of situation
