You can email to Virtue landing office directly asking them directly. Check previous page i believe @KaiAT has help many cases. Remember to provide them your UCI/detail together with all your dependents’ UCI ( if any).
@KaiAT @null: i have updated photo via portal 2 for 5 days but no eCOPR come. Should i wait further or do something else? Thank you

I think most applicants in advanced stages are stuck at the stage of final decision. I guess they make the decision by placing applicants in a queue. I am a FSW outland candidate- all stages completed on 29 may 2023 but no updates after that no copr number yet. On facebook groups you can see many people stuck in same boat as us.
If they said that that's a fat lie, I've been waiting for that portal email for 5+ months until I emailed them to send me the details, and nothing left now except to generate the official eCOPR and it's been 10 days, I swear they all need to be fired and replaced with chatGPT
Send the portal team a follow up email. They usually email you back within one day to say your eCopr is in queue to be issued, and then the next day it's issued. That's the trend of seen for people who have emailed them.

I had called IRCC about my FSW outland application and the customer service agent said all stages complete final decision pending. I also asked her if it was still in canada or my secondary VO. To which she replied it is still in Canada.
I am not sure what is happening at this stage? What does it mean final decision pending?
Facebook webpages have many such cases where no COPR number is issued and all stages are completed. I am quite scared at this stage as my application has been rejected in past as visitor and one application returned incomplete for FSW-O.
Inland applicants are getting portal emails for PR at a faster rate. You might get it in 2 weeks or a month.
If COPR number is issued, your file is approved for PR. Keep checking your email and spam for portal mail. If you dont get it in a week or so call IRCC or raise a webform. Keep reminding them. Good luck and congrats.
