COPR - Correction required in DOB

I have received COPR today but the date-of-birth is not correct on it. Can I get it corrected on border, while landing? Or do I need to send it back to CIC?

date of birth is kind of a big deal,contact cpp-ottawa first and wait for their reply before you take any action.
if they say say you can get it corrected at the border,printout that email and take it with you during landing as a proof.
my guess they will ask you to send it back and new one will be issued with the correct date of birth.
others can share their experiences here as well.
