Copies of documents should be of black & white or color? Whether they should be attested or not.

Dear Professionals,

I have a very simple query and would like your professional opinion on it. Wherever the clear and legible copy of documents are required by CIC, whether they should be color copy or black & white copy would suffice the requirement? Further, all the copies should be attested and if yes, then by which body?

All the SCANS must be colored only.
Attestation is not required for normal documents.
Attestation will only be required in case any of the document is not in English or French language. In this case, you will need to provide a translation document which needs to be attested.
