cook...urgent help needed

i am new here,

anyone has applied under noc code 6242 cook, please tell me if u have applied or know anything about it.because i want to confirm that is my ielts meeting the requirement of my noc cook,

visa officer cant reject any case due to low ielts, he checks that what are ielts and whatare his/her job requirement,i am not dealing in any office work, being a cook i think i am good, but kindly all seniors like mbastudies, mrbaig, and many more...(sorry if i not mention others names)

my result is as under:
reading 4.5
writing 5.5
listening 4.5
speaking 5.5

kindly guide me as i have arranged employment and scoring 74 points. but is this ielts suitable for my cook occupation. kindly advise me

As long as you have the necessary points 74, as a cook I think you would have no problem, but it all depends on visa officer.

Nice. If you have arranged employment. Then, I think, its ok. Because they give weightage to all applicants who have Arranged Employment Offer.
After all it depends on deciding authority.

I further searched and got this result. As your NOC falls in B type and B type jobs have soft requirements for English Language.

thanx to all who replied me,i hope i can ask from u all my problems as i m new here.
and mrbaig this chart i have seen on cic website, it is for cec, but i know they firstly calculate our points (federal workers) then they check ielts band according to this chart.

If you dont mind, please share:
(I'd be useful for others)

1) Detail of main duties written on experience letter by your employer OR on application form you have written.
2) Any title from list of titles like "Domestic Cook" Ethnic Food Cook" etc. you used, OR just COOK.
3) Experience Shown: Home(for domestic cooks) OR Restaurant.
4) Arranged Employment) : Is at Restaurant OR Domestic/Home.

Remember NOT to copy and paste main duties to application, it will be rejected. Write them down yourself in your own words, just be sure they are silimar to those on NOC 6242. If you copy yhem word for word they will reject you.
