convert single entry to Multiple entry

I'm a spouse of an international student and I came to Canada as a visitor(single entry). I applied for work permit because there is a category to apply worker inside Canada as a spouse of an international graduate student. After I get the work permit,how do I get a multiple entry?Which form do I need to fill and could you inform me which page do I need to refer in the official web site cic

You have to apply to one of the Canadian offices in the US. Here are the instructions for Buffalo. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/visa_temp.aspx?lang=eng
