I am an indian guy planing to migrate to quebec.i lived in uk before.i take a contract phone from there and pay completely the amount in two year after that renew the contract in same number.but unfortunately i need to leave from this country to my back home.before i came back to home i informed to the provider and the shop that i took the contract.they tell that the cant take back my phone and close the phone.i request several times but they tell that they cant close the contract.last i came back with out closing.now i need to migrate quebec.is that become any issue?i dont have any problem to do settlement after i reach there.any on can help me for this?

Unpaid debts have no impact on your immigration, unless the company has filed a criminal case against you (as happens in Middle Eastern countries)
 
when you renewed the contract you were signing a contract . Your best bet would have to have paid the contract out in full . They would have sent your case to a credit bureau. I would check your credit score and have a look to see if they went any further with criminal offence.
