Contract Job ( Contracter or Client Name)

Hi there,

I have started my file for Express Entry. I have a question in regards to my contract job information.

I worked 3- 4 contract jobs through different consulting agencies. The confusion is in my work History shall I mention the name of the agency which placed me or the Client company name, where I worked for?

And also what documents will be required for later stage?

The company that paid you(ie whose name is listed on your income tax documents). That company will need to provide you a very detailed employment verification letter giving the company contact info, your detailed job duties, hours worked whether full time or part time, benefits etc.
