Hi guys...

My wife would like to inquire about the status of her passport to the Singapore visa office. Is it better to do so from the online form at cic.gc.ca, or is it better to email them?

From your experience, which one has the more likelihood of triggering a response: the online form or email?

If one of you is in Canada, you should call on monday see if they can tell you anything. It's better than waiting for an e-mail.
