contacting the department issuing caips notes...

hai friends ,

i applied for my caips notes on 28th sep 2011 till today i didn'nt get any reply .what can i do next?is there any phone number e-mail that i can contact.?.i applied for it hrough my representative residing in canada.please give me a reply it passed almost 76 days....

You are one among the Pre June 26, 2010 group, for whom the applications are considerably delayed and still pending at the visa offices. However, try for follow up of CAIPS.
