I wonder if anyone can help me out? My spouse's PR application is in Manila and marked as Received on the online service sinse May. My spouse has acquired her new passport with her married status change. Now we have tried to email a scanned copy of this to CIC Manila using the email address provided to us through CIC in Canada in our original sponsorship acceptance letter. Unfortunately, this email address doesn't work. Does anyone know the correct email address in Makati? We are also wondering if it would be better to just mail a photo copy of this new passport to them through LBC? (Paranoia)
