Contact information for PR Card

Hi all,
We landed in Canada (Toronto) on 1st of Jan. this year and applied for our PR from the airport. My wife got her PR card at end of Feb. I got a letter asking me to re-send photos. I send that back mid-March. It has been 2 months since, and I have not heard back from them.

I contacted them twice from the online system, but have not heard back yet.

Do you know where I can go in person or call to inquire about my PR card (in Toronto)? I went to Service Ontario and they were not very helpful.

service ontario has nothing to do with PR cards because it deals with provincial issues, not immigration issues. This is a CIC function and is an immigration issue. Call the CIC call center, and there should be an optionto connect to the PR card processing centre. I don't know the number off hand, but they should be able to check in on the status or at least direct you to the inquiry form to fill out. AGain, i don't remember the form name, but i'm sure if you search "lost canada PR card", a link to the CIC website and the form will pop up. When I submitted this form, i got my PR card in 2 weeks.
