Any body have the same problem when contact immigration&refugee and want to ask them about the delay of permenant process time
My problem is when I call them the answer machine ask me about my file number and year of birth when I write it down then the answer machine just replay that how much it take like they say 19 months for in canada refugee and that's it?
I need to talk to someone because I already know the process time but I need to ask them about why my file take too long what's the problems so If you know please how to contact them other way and if somebody talked to them can you please explain to me step by step how you reached them?
