hi does anybody know how to contact cic when you make an application online and it takes more than the proccessing time?

There is no such thing like "processing time". The time annotated in their website is the average of 80% of the applications, therefore it is an estimate and going over it is expected.

Well three years for a TRV is not expected.

Where did you send your Temporary Residence Visa application to? WHere are you applying from? Why did you wait three years to inquiry about TRV when usually it usually takes around 2-3 months?

im applying from usa I applied online 37 days ago, so i was wondering when and how to contact them

So you didn't apply three years ago?

Usually TRV from the US take around 50 days. Less than that will get you a generic "under process" answer.

But if you want to get the generic answer well....

Try e-mailing both of these (there are a few people on the forum whose application status was not updated online but when they contacted CIC by e-mail, they were asked to send passport for stamping):

My husband's online TRV from the US took more than 2 months to be issued while mine took 1 month though we applied the same day....37 days is normal.

like i sais cic sucks they are so inconsistent and unreliable.
