hello po! sino po nkkaalam or merong idea kung kelan po uli mgkkaroon ng outreach program d2 s edmonton? please nmn po, help nmn. need q po mgrenew ng passport at can't afford q po pumunta ng vancouver

actually i already called the consulate here in edmonton and sad to say isa lang ang sinagot sakin, check q nlng dw s online. i checked it online, dq alm kung mtutuwa ba or maiinis aq dhil ung website ng consulate dito eh picture lng ng consul ang nklgay. tpos tumawag aq uli and ngpretend n ibang tao, politely, ngtanong aq kung pwde b mgrenew ng passport s office nila, ang sagot skin is hindi. ngfollow-up question aq at tinanong if wer is it possible to renew, sa vancouver dw. grabe na high blood yta aq hindi dhil s vancouver p dpt irenew kundi sa the way na kausapin at sagutin nila ang mga callers. npaka sarcastic kung mgsalita, kya nga ngttanong pra mlaman tpos gnun p sila kung mksagot prang hindi sila willing tumulong s kapwa nila

i know same problem with me i got email in consulate Toronto they say that No outreach in my area then after 1 week i booked my fyt they email me again that there is outreach coming but its too late i book my ticket already i cant refund my ticket so sad
