its been more than two years that i am here in US. Since then my case is pending. Now i wanna go to Canada as my uncle is over there. Problem with me is i have used a different name here in US immigration. Does it make any difference if i use different name when i apply for asylum in Canada? Do they share information ? Will there be any problem while i apply for Police clearance report from US. Any opinions would be highly appreciated

"What a tangled web we weave, when we first begin to decieve"

1. Canada and the US have a third safe country agreement, if you turn up at the border and claim refugee status, you will be returned to the US.
2. Canada and the US share their data bases, as well you will be fingerprinted and the prints will be checked in the US as well.
3. It is called misrepresentation.

thanks for the prompt reply. I am pretty sure of going to Canada and my concern is which name shall i use? Name which i have used here in US is my second name OR First name which i am planning to use while entering to Canada. Its not like i have used two names to dodge some criminal actions. I am very clean person which has no criminal record. what would be possible consequences if you use my first name to enter Canada?
