Consequence of rejection due to Foreign Work Exp Proof

For my previous job I only have the reference letter. It does list most things recommended to have in a good ref letter, except for the salary. I don't have any other prove of this employement.

1. Will it be ok to only have this ref letter?
2. If the officer has doubts, will he ask for more proofs or just rejects right away?
3. How long since AOR will the officer ask for more proofs/reject?
4. Is there any consequences of being rejected due to this reason? Can I apply again later without listing this job for point claiming?

1. Maybe. Strictly speaking, you only need the letter detailing the duties you performed and the hours you worked.
2. They should ask for more proof.
3. No way to know.
4. If they accuse you of misrepresenting your work experience, you won't be allowed to apply again for at least five years. However, before they refuse you for misrepresentation they should send you a procedural fairness letter and give you a chance to provide more proof.
