Thank You! I'm truly humbled seeing all the support on this forum throughout the process - the kind commiserations shown for my refusal and now this joyous outpouring for my PPR - here's wishing everyone all deserved success with the process and elsewhere as well.

Life does throw a few curve balls oftentimes but it is important to continue to believe in yourself and spread cheer while you can. Karma takes care of the rest - what you give is what you get returned!

I myself have not had much involvement with you, I think it has only been one or two posts, but I have seen the fantastic help you have given others on this forum, and the cries of help calling for your name in some other thread titles, so I just want to say thank you anyway! @Asivad - just to let you know, after following this forum and especially your comments, I have become kind of mini CIC Call center for my roomies and other friends. My friends call me asking for advice/tips regarding their study visa, temp visa, owp, pgwp, and pr procedures.
I redirect them to this forum and always ask them to look for your answers for accurate details.

Might not be a bad thing though. This could be a career option - there's always room for an immigration consultant who has a great reputation. The only question is would anyone pay for stuff they can get for free. And then I think of Evian and I'm encouraged further!
