Hi,

I have emailed about lost employment to NDVO on 19th May (I have FSW application under processing there with Arranged employment). AFter their response either I have to withdraw my application and make a new application with eligible occupations category or submit proof of funds to carry on with my current application (I still have 73 point after loosing employment)

How long does it take to receive a response from them generally?

what are the chances of having current application?

Please advice

when did you apply?
in what NOC did you apply?
can you please explain little bit more?

how can you carry your current application if you have lost your job?

My NOC is 3142..I have applied under Arranged employmnet category in march 2014. I have just received confirmation 2 days ago from my employer that they want to withdraw my employmnet offer as they need somebody urgently.
In terms of my application, it is under processing at NDVO. I have total points of 73 after excluding the job. I have emiled them about the situation explaing my circumustances. the only thing missing is job..so I have asked for their opininon. If they allow me, I can submit proof of funds (I have savings babalnce which is sufficciient to prove availaibility of settlement funds. Otherwise, I may have to withdraw this application and make a new application with showing funds instead of employmnet.
My question is how long do they take to responsd to matters like this as it is a matter of urgency and can affect the outcome of application?

I have been advised here few days ago..that "after loosing your job if you still have more than 67 points..then ur application is eligible for processing". do u have any idea about this?

Thank u very much bro..really appreciate your help

well its tricky situation..... but in worst case scenario you should be ready for the new application.....

Can i make new application now? or do i have to wait for their reply?
I am worrying about the time they might take to reply to my email (i have put urgent in email subject), bcoz i dont want to miss the opportunity this year and need to submit new application before cap reaches.
Thanks bro

well i will suggest you to start preparing new application like (IELTS Educational documents assessment etc)

they will surely reply you on that email ....

You can't continue with the application unless you find a new arranged employment offer that meets the application requirements. It's also not possible to switch an application from arranged employment to non-arranged employment. If you don't think you can find another arranged employment offer very soon and want to apply through the occupation-based FSW program, then you should withdraw your current FSW application and submit a brand new one following the forms and procedures for the occupation list stream.

Thank you very much for your reply..Can i submit withdrawal request to NDVO and get ready for new application? or do i have to wait for confirmation of withdrawal?

I have all documents ready for new application..Do you think i can just send an email of withdrawal to NDVO and post my new application to CIC? Thank you again ..plz reply
