Confusion ... NEED HELP !

Hi

suppose i received my study permit extension and now the extension is until July 30 2018 .. and my current TRV and old study permit was valid until July 30 2017 ..

Can i still travel to Canada with the same trv that was issued to me with my old study permit around 22nd july ?

is it safe and okay to travel 1 week before the trv expiry ? is that an issue ?

Yes you certainly can travel on a your old TRV for as long as its valid. Once you get to Canada you can then apply for an extension. The extension will be provided to you based on your new study permit.

Great so it doesnt matter if only a week is left until expiry ? as long as i have a valid Study permit its fine right ?

It should be good. You may be questioned when you enter Canada keep your enrollment letter and fee receipts(if you have paid your fee) also the transcripts from old sems handy - you should be good.
