Confusion in schooling section of arrima EOI

Dear Sir,

While filling EOI in arrima portal , i am facing some confusion in schooling section.

1.Do you have a "comparative evaluation of studies done outsite quebec"?

actually what is meant by this??? R they talikng about ECA report done after 2013?? What should we need to set??

2.Do we need to just fill the highest level of education in schooling section?? Like if I have masters and hons,
than only filling masters shud be suffice, right or wrong??

If anyone has some clear idea on that,than please suggest.
