My family and I are looking to enter Canada through the PNP process. We have always dreamt of Alberta but I see that Quebec has more Engineering positions which is what my husband does. Should I go with Quebec because of the jobs available or choose Alberta?
Once I have made this decision what is the first thing I need to do. Would it be to have my family complete the IELTS?
