Hi can we apply for visitor visa with a PR card that’s expired?? Any idea anyone?
It just means the card expired and not the status in canada right. I am still a PR but cannot return back to canada.

No you are PR so cannot apply for a TRV. You are always PR unless you have no plans to live in Canada so you renounce it. If you plan to keep PR and settle in Canada, you apply for PRTD or if have you have US visa, enter through land border. If you plan to keep PR and once in Canada, do not apply to renew until you meet RO.
