Any one, whoes files is for the first time refused. Again he re-apllied and satisfied the VO and got a study permit.
How much time new file take for reprocessing of study permit?
After re-applying, whenever you receive your medical call or Interview?
Is interview done face face in embassy or on telephone?
Any one who knows the answer of the above question. please respond.
