Confused, please help

Please I have an issue. I already completed my university degree in Nigeria but I am not pleased with my grade. I already applied for another university in Canada to study the same course as an undergraduate and my admission has been granted. My fear now is, a friend told me Canada visa man might not want to give me visa because am going to Canada to study the same course as an undergraduate when I already did one before...:.....please how true is that ?

Yes - it's certainly possible your study permit may be refused if your planned education in Canada doesn't make sense in light of your previous studies.

As your admission is granted, there is a good chance that you will get study permit.
as far as you paid the fees, accept the offer from an educational institution in Canada, Financially strong, low abiding citizen and in good health.
