confused between two noc codes.please help its urgent

i am a network engineer/consultant.My duties includes network ip implementation,designing and planning of lan wan.not hardware.
there are two noc codes
-- one is 2281 - computer network technician..duties are matching but this is level b code and for diploma holders.I have dobe 4yr degree and should be eligible for A level code.
--another code is -2147 computer engineer except software engineer.duties are matching with network designing but they have mentioned "hardware" and "computer system" with networks.my exact experience is to networking of switches,routers,firewall not computer system.
my eca is cleared.i have to finalise the noc code for profile submission.please help to select the most suitable noc code .

2281 is the NOC for you.

I had a Net Eng job title as well but realised that 2147 was more for network/hardware component designers, not the description you gave, so I chose 2281.

- i have 10yr of experience in network ip designing and planning and degree holder.Is this applicable for network technician(level b) kind of profile.
-and skill level will effect on overrall score?

It definitely sounds like NOC 2281, that's NOC Level B which qualifies you for Express Entry. Your overall score will benefit from you having 3+ years experience. You don't get additional points for 10 years, CIC counts 3 or more in the Skills Transferability section.

Hi Seniors/Experts,

Good day. I have a question regarding my profile falling under NOC 2147. My profile is as below:

Education: Bachelors in Electrical (telecom) Engineer, Masters in Electronics/Telecommunications
IELTS & ECA: Completed.

Professional Experience:

1. Telecom Implementation Engineer
2 Hardware Developer (Telecom)
3 Technical Sales Engineer-Industrial Networks

Regarding Item 3: Technical Sales Engineer (Industrial Networks)...This job role is a mixture of design Industrial Network Solutions, Technical Sales part and Implementation until final handover. Can i file the application under NOC 2147 as item 1&2 are completely falling under NOC 2147 and I am in doubt over item 3.

Kindly advise as per your knowledge and experience.
