Don't worry that is good news, if you are not from a visa exempt country you will receive a PassPort Request (PPR) soon.

Your PPR is coming soon! congert :) there is no such things as immediate refusal for medical reason

What I am worried about is that my credit card is not yet charged by CIC for RPRF fees even though I paid and submitted to CIC. I called up CIC today and they said RPRF can be charged anytime starting from the day you submitted to CIC. It can also take a month. Any comments guys...

do not worry about the credit card charge.
They will charge you no matter what haha it's just a matter of when.
Just make sure you got adequate credit available.
Seems like your journey is almost over ;)
Just have a bit of patience.

Thank you very much my friends. I got PPR just now. Yupppieees...
Few more suggestions please. I have shifted to US these days. What is the best way to change my address with CIC and how can I proceed with return envelops from US?

The last part (just before final note) of the email you got talks about mailing your PP from US. Purchase a pre paid shipping label from Canada post through the link they provided and you will be fine

That I got but I was just wondering shall I wait till CIC reply to my address change request to US?
Or send the passports or Ottawa office.
