hi All.
I am working for over 12 years in the same company. I worked in India from 2007-July 2010, Canada from Aug 2010-July 2011, India from Aug 2011 - March 2015, Canada from April 2015 - until now.
In the CIC score calculator I selected 5 + years of Canadian experience and 3+ years foreign experience (Indian experience) to get a score of 484.
Question 1: Do I need to declare all of the work experience above in the Work History section? (atleast starting 2010 -till now)? However, it will be challenge to get the work experience letter back from 2010-2011 for Canadian work ex or letter from 2011-2015 for India work ex and Roles and responsibilities. Can i just give them the 2015 onward work experience as it will be easier for me or i need to give Roles and responsibility for all the breakdown starting 2010?
Question 2: Shall I wait for April 15th 2020 as in that case I'll have 5 years of Canadian work experience in continuity and won't have to go back to get 2010-2011 canadian experience? (i have 484 which to me looks like a safe score for couple months).
It is better to be informed based on the experience of a lot of folks here. I'd really appreciate your inputs.
