Confused about level of education in EE form

guys, in the education history i should put all my studies. i have already the bachelor details, and now i am filling my incomplete masters which i dropped out after 2 years. Since they provide in the options "Not Completed", what should the level education be? Do i put also bachelor, or secondary or what?

Select the Canadian Equivalency of your degree/s in your ECA.

and it will be crs scoure for that equivalent non complete education?
