Confused About Applying For Work Permit - Counting CEC Experience - Express Entr

Hello,

I finished my college last week and have already got my confirmation of graduation letter from college which is dated : 3rd May 2017

I start my NOC Level A job on 8th May 2017


Thus, Can I start counting my experience for cec-express entry from 8th May or I have to count it from the day I apply for post graduate work permit ?
