I ordered the hard copy of the Discover Canada Guide a few months ago. It came with an advisory sheet about changes that have been made to the age requirement. It states "recent changes to the Citizenship Act require applicants who are 14-64 yrs of age to demonstrate an adequate knowledge...". "These changes apply to the following sections on pages 3, 6, 39 and 64." Those pages in the book state "applicants who are between 18-54 must demonstrate an adequate knowledge..." So what is correct? If the book is correct, why was there an advisory note with it?
