Need some help answering my questions below
I have received the Confirmation of Permanent Residency (CPR) form for myself but not for my spouse who will be accompanying me to Canada.
Having read the COPR letter, any accompanying person must be provided with a CPR or counterfoil and he was not provided with neither. Please confirm whether my spouse should be expecting one too?
Also, it seems I received both the client copy and the IRCC copy of my own COPR in the post (the IRCC copy should have been my Spouse's COPR instead or he needs to send his passport to the embassy in his country for the counterfoil?). I live in the UK - a visa-exempt country whereas he does not. As the principal applicant and a citizen of visa-exempt countries, I was expecting both the IMM5785 and IMM5688 forms, but I received only the IMM5688 form. Should I expect the IMM5785 form as well?
Finally, the COPR shows not valid for travel, how do we travel for landing in Canada with this showing on the COPR?
Thanks!
