When I apply with the option as Married but Spouse not accompanying to Canada I get 455 points which is well above the last cut off CRS
But when I apply with the option as married and spouse accompanying to Canada I get only 425 points.
Is it possible that I can apply for my PR with option 1 and later on sponsor my Spouse.
Will this have any negative impact while assessing my profile by the vIsa officer
Please confirm

no negative effect. take into consideration sponsorship can take about a year in most cases

But what if immigration officer ask why you are not accompany your spouse?. Will they ask this question? If yes what would be the appropriate answer?
