Hope you have a good weekend. I submitted my parent sponsor program files via permanent resident portal last December. After my submission, I only received a fee receipt email and one due-date reminding email. However, my friend he received an auto-reply email which is confirmed his submission is successful. I never received this kind of email, I checked all my emails also include junk emails but nothing found. Now only my portal shows my status is "Submitted".
Is this mean my submission is failed?
