Well it depends on the course you are pursuing. I didn't have a document so that's why it took so long.

Yes conestoga college has this policy that you can pay small amount to confirm your seat/application...
No i haven't paid it yet , deadline is 19 april for me (mentioned in my offer letter)
Conestoga would have mentioned the last date of fee deposit in offer letter
