I received my GCMS notes and I’m trying to figure out what the conditions mean in the notes section.

I'm not an expert on GCMS notes... Someone posted a guide to deciphering all the terms used in these notes... I just can't remember who it was. In any case, seems things are positive for you. Congrats. At first sight and with somewhat limited knowledge... I wouldn't worry too much about the "conditions" part.
