Hi,
I read that CIC going to remove conditional permanent residence limit in spring. I am wondering when person can get separated. Immediately after two years or they should wait more? My cousin and his wife living together for 2 years and 10 days but now they are thinking to get separated, would it be ok after 10 days ?
Marriage was real, (not a convenience marriage), they don't want legal marriage. They want to live in a open relationship.
Please advise.
