I have received conditional acceptance letter from the university winnipeg of canada .condition is" english proficiency"please guide me about futher steps can i apply for visa with this letter? After admission in ELP or firstly I need complet ielts? What will be process in both conditions ?please guide me my classes also start in 8 January what i do ?i am very confused
