My application center showing "We have conducted a preliminary review of your application. A Notice of Incomplete Application was sent to you via e-mail indicating what was required to complete your file. If you have submitted all of the required documents/information, your file status will be updated shortly." and i have got mail asking to send "A Statement of Marks for each year of study and Provisional degree certificates issued by Chittagong University Of Engineering & Technology (2008-2012) to be sent directly from your institution."
But both Provisional degree certificates and transcripts have already been submitted (By mail and soft copy electronically) and updated to myconcordia portal.My application center showing the documents(sealed) already been received on 7th April.Moreover My transcripts shows the Grades,subjects, credit earned,and results for each semester separately with session timeline.This Transcript is issued by University administration and i have sent the official copies of them.Now i am really confused what have gone wrong and what needs to be submitted now? Should i make arrangements to send the official documents again from my undergrad university?
