Under what "Document Type" should I upload my photocopy of Statement of Marksheets of each year of study in Concordia portal??? And when they say "each year of study" what does they mean??

It means tht the transcript u upload must contain result of each year/semester separately..not just the overal gpa...if u hav separate marks sheet of each year/semester then upload those..of u hav a single document of marksheet showing all the grades n gpa of all semesters on tht single document thn upload tht..in case of the later just upload a 'Note from student' which is just a word doc saying u have uploaded a single transcript showing everything...upload the marksheet under transcript

Ok...Earlier I uploaded transcripts which contains semester-wise marks but again they are asking for marksheets thats why I confused..Lets see how it go... thanks so much...

I had the same prob and after contacting concordia numerous times i got this reply

According to the Student Academic Services, you are not required to send the statement of marks. We will evaluate your file with the transcript you have provided us.

My brother is having same issue. Whom did you contact to solve this ??? they are asking for marksheet again and again. Transcript has everything in it including semester wise breakup.

Email at study@concordia.ca
Write an email stating tht the transcript u hv already provided contains all semesters, courses taken, grades obtained in each and Cgpa. Then mention tht u hv recieved an email to upload statement of marks of each year and ur university does not provide those separately of each year and they only provide u wd consolidated marksheet(which u hv already uploaded). And then ask them wat to do abt ths problem.
Also upload a "Note from student" in the online portal stating the same.

The deadline has passed but it never hurts to contact the graduate department and ask if u can stil apply...but b sure to ask before actually applying
