Can a computer graphic designer(manager) fall under most wanted FSW?

If you can demonstrate managerial experience you will fall under 0213, this includes the responsibilities expected here: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0213. The domain (graphic design) in this case does not matter much.

Also remember that you should have at least 1 year of the above.

Thanks rk. Actually its for my friend backhome, he is manager. I already looked at this one but are you sure about the name does not matter. Aren't CIS and GD two different things?

Like I said he should have performed those duties and managed a team, budgeted etc.

Think about it if an advertisement agency has a graphic design department, wont its manager be a manager if he performs all those roles?
