COMPLICATED CASE NEED HELP

I need your urgent help regarding my case as follows -

My profile - 10th - 64% 2010

12th - 72% (medical) 2013

BSc Medical -64% 2013 - 2016

IELTS - 6.5 BAND

I got refused my study permit in September 2014 at that time i was pursuing my graduation (completed 1 year )



Now, i need to apply to PG program

Will it cause trouble to my profile because i didn't show my graduation to chc ?

What should I do now ?

It might, there's a form where you have to show what you have been upto those 3 years. If you are not showing studying/graduating and something else, that may fall under misrepresentation.

Secondly, showing graduation will actually strengthen your profile. Does not matter if you go for a PG program, given that you can explain your intentions for learning that program.

That's the problem,,

Look i didn't show them in 2014 that I was doing a graduation at the time,, so in their records I was free in 2014 but, in actual I was a student of graduation

My question is - if now I will show them my 3 year graduation from 2013 -2016 then will they cause any problem or not ?

Nope, they won't go into that much of a detail I guess, it will generally strike as you were deciding to continue graduation in 2014, and now you actually did and finished your graduation.
